Welcome to MystiqPlay — what we are, what we sell, how delivery works
We're a digital storefront for game keys: Steam, Epic Games, GOG, Ubisoft Connect, EA App, Battle.net, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo. Keys are delivered by email immediately after a successful payment. Here's the short version of how the whole thing works.
MystiqPlay is a digital storefront for activation keys. We don't sell the games themselves — we sell single-use redemption codes that you enter into the platform launcher (Steam, Epic, GOG, Ubisoft Connect, EA App, Battle.net, Xbox or PlayStation, Nintendo). Once redeemed, the game is permanently bound to your platform account; you keep it whether or not we keep selling it.
Why keys, not the platform itself? Most of the major launchers don't let third parties resell content directly through their UI. Keys are how independent stores participate in the broader PC and console ecosystem at all. Pricing is set by publishers per region, and EU pricing is what we offer here — VAT included where applicable, listed in EUR.
How a purchase actually flows:
1. You add a game to your cart and check out. 2. Payment goes through our hosted payment partner. We never see your card details — that page is PCI-DSS compliant by them, not us. 3. The moment payment confirms, the order is fulfilled and the activation key shows up: in your account library, in the order detail page, and in an email receipt with a PDF invoice attached. 4. You copy the key, open the matching launcher, and redeem it. Most launchers have an "Activate a Product" or "Redeem a code" entry under the account menu.
Stock and pricing. Inventory comes from our distributor's live catalog, so what you see on the page is what's available right now. Prices update on a 15-minute cycle — once you add an item to the cart, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay even if the catalog ticks afterwards.
What we don't sell. Pre-orders. Subscriptions. In-game currency. Region-locked keys outside the EU bloc unless explicitly labeled. Anything bundled as a "Gift" that requires a friend-list workflow on Steam — those create more support tickets than they're worth, so we skip them.
EUR-only. We bill in euros and don't run currency conversion on the customer side. If your card or PayPal account is in a different currency, your bank does the conversion at their rate. We don't add a markup on top of that.
If anything in your order looks off — wrong key, key won't activate, payment confirmed but no email — reply to the order receipt, and our support team will fix it.
